The fund raising branch of Truro Fencing Club The tfcgold foundation is a registered charity (Reg. No. 1120459) which has been created to Our dream is to create a purpose built Fencing Centre of Excellence in Cornwall which will be the envy of the world . The centre will fulfil the following needs :
An inspirational centre which will enable the youth of Cornwall to realise their own personal goals and dreams . Also to address social issues including teenage delinquency and childhood obesity The new home of Truro Fencing Club A competition venue which will attract major fencing tournaments to Cornwall A new centre to host training and coaching courses for fencers of all abilities throughout the UK A training centre which will be able to accommodate athletes from all over the world in preparation for the 2012 London Olympics . The centre will be the home of the TFC Sabre Performance Programme An inspirational centre which will enable the youth of Cornwall to realise their own personal goals and dreams

The initial sum of £50,000 will be used in the following ways : to establish the TFC Sabre Performance Programme to expand Truro Fencing Clubs unique Fence Cornwall initiative . draw up detailed plans and specifications of the venue and evaluate costs to identify a suitable location to promote and increase awareness of the project to attract additional and matched funding Whether you are a sports funding organisation , local council , business or private individual we need your support and cash NOW .
