The fund raising branch of Truro Fencing Club The tfcgold foundation is a registered charity (Reg. No. 1120459) which has been created to Our dream is to create a purpose built Fencing Centre of Excellence in Cornwall which will be the envy of the world . The centre will fulfil the following needs :
An inspirational centre which will enable the youth of Cornwall to realise their own personal goals and dreams . Also to address social issues including teenage delinquency and childhood obesity The new home of Truro Fencing Club A competition venue which will attract major fencing tournaments to Cornwall A new centre to host training and coaching courses for fencers of all abilities throughout the UK A training centre which will be able to accommodate athletes from all over the world in preparation for the 2012 London Olympics . The facilities will not only be fencing specific but will be able to host sports such as tae kwon do , judo , table tennis , wrestling etc

The initial sum of £50,000 will be used in the following ways : draw up detailed plans and specifications of the venue and evaluate costs to identify a suitable location to promote and increase awareness of the project to attract additional and matched funding Whether you are a sports funding organisation , local council , business or private individual we need your support and cash NOW .
